TAKE NOTICE THAT the Corporation of the Town of Mono received an application for a site specific Zoning Bylaw Amendment which was deemed "complete" by Council on September 12, 2017, in relation to the lands set out above, herein referred to as the subject lands.

THE PURPOSE AND EFFECT of this application is to rezone a portion of the existing Environmental Protection (EP) Zone on the property to Rural (A) Zone to permit construction of a single family home on the west side of the property.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION, and all other supporting documentation, are available for public viewing during regular office hours at the Municipal Administration office at 347209 Mono Centre Road.

TOWN OF MONO PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENTAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE will review this application TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 7th, 2017 at 7:30 P.M. at the Town of Mono Council Chambers located at 347209 Mono Centre Road, 4 kms east of Highway #10/24.

A STATUTORY PUBLIC COUNCIL MEETING will be held on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 14th, 2017 at 7:30 P.M. at the Town of Mono Council Chambers at the above address. Any person or agency may attend the public meeting and/or make written or verbal submissions either in support of, or in opposition to, the proposed amendments.

If you wish to be notified of the Town of Mono decision on this application, you must make a written request to the Clerk of the Town of Mono at 347209 Mono Centre Road MONO ON L9W 6S3.

If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to the Town of Mono before the proposed the Bylaw is passed, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision of the Town of Mono to the Ontario Municipal Board and may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Ontario Municipal Board unless, in the opinion of the Board, there are reasonable grounds to do so.

A KEY MAP is provided to show the location of the lands to which the proposed applications apply.
