Consideration of an Application for Consent (Lot Boundary Adjustment)

Town of Mono Committee of Adjustment will hold an Electronic Virtual Public Meeting. The meeting is being held virtually under strict Provincial COVID protocols, so that the Committee of Adjustment can consider Consent Application (B01/21) regarding the Subject Property, as noted below:

Applicant(s): 2347647 Ontario Inc. & 1588574 Ontario Inc.

Subject Property: Part of West Half of Lot 26 Concession 7 at the northeast quadrant of Airport Road and Side Road 25

Purpose of Consent: To seek permission for a lot boundary adjustment per Sections 15 and 24 of the Town Official Plan, subject to Section 20 of the Town Zoning Bylaw.

Note: If a person or public body that files an appeal of a decision of the Town of Mono Committee of Adjustment, respecting the proposed Consent application, does not make written submissions to the Committee of Adjustment before it gives or refuses to give a provisional consent, the Local Planning Appeals Tribunal (LPAT) may dismiss the appeal.

Notification: If you wish to be notified of the Committee of Adjustment decision respecting the proposed Consent, you must make a written request to the Committee of Adjustment.
